Freescale has its own Tablet Smartbook ready to show at CES. The tablet is powered by a Freescale SoC (System on Chip), which consists of a 1GHz processor and ARM Cortex A8 core and 6 other co-processors, which are FPU, DSP, image processing, video decoder HD, 2D and 3D graphics processing.
The tablet of Freescale offers two types of touch screens, resistance and capacity, the latter costs $ 30 more in the making and each has a 1024 × 600. The tablet also comes packed with Freescale N WiFi, 3G, GPS and connectivity.

More Android devices come our way, we see more of them next year. Notion of ink is working on a tablet of Android, which is scheduled to meet in 2010. The Notion ink device will come with a screen of Pixel Qi, the kind that is equal to what is rumored to be used in the tablet from Apple.
Currently, only makes the device are available, but does that have made it very close to the final product. The device will most likely be on display at CES. Versions will be available in 16GB and 32GB SSD and is equipped with an SD card slot for expansion. Brief specifications are:
