According GeekWithLaptop today (November 28) is the day that South Korea has launched its iPhone. Very unfortunate, being one of the last countries in Asia Pacific to get the iPhone, after launches in China and Japan, who got the iPhone last month and last year respectively.
The iPhone will be launched by KT Corp, the second largest in the country, mobile phone operator. And they hold a special launch event for about 1,000 customers who have pre-ordered the iPhone. South Korea has advanced in the 3G network, iPhone will rock in their high-speed networks.
