Windows XP smartphone – ViewSonic VCP08

The ViewSonic VCP08 is another smartphone with Windows XP. It is a spoon that comes with two screens, which measures 2 inch external screen and internal screen measures 4.3 inches which is where XP is running. VCP08 The smartphone also comes with a full QWERTY keyboard and a mouse finger, so that users can make full use of the capabilities of XP as if it is a UMPC. The VCP08 not small, because of their dual screen, which makes that you size larger than any other smart phones (eg iPhone or N97, pictures below show the comparison).

The keyboard also comes VCP08 broader compared to the QWERTY keyboard on other smartphones. But this should make it more comfortable to use, especially for heavy texters. Of course, sacrifice is that it is less out of pocket. Well, this device will be useful for those who only need a single device which allows calls and some simple everyday tasks such as editing documents, check email, surf the Internet, blogs, etc.

Fujitsu F-04B, the splitable smartphone in the world

Fujitsu and DoCoMo showed off their ever splitable concept phone at CEATEC last year, and now they’ve made it a real deal. Here comes the Fujitsu F-04B, Which is different from conventional slider phones as it can be separated into two parts. The Fujitsu F-04B measures 11.4 × 5.1 × 20.4 cm and weights about 173g and it boasts impressively long standby and talk time, Which are 600 hours and 330 minutes respectively.

This smart phone Fujitsu splits into two parts, Which the first part contains most of the electronics and is where the 3.4-inch 480 × 960 touchscreen display is. The second part is the QWERTY and a slider device with numeric keypad. This obviously provides more space to grip and type on the QWERTY.

Highscreen Zeus Announces By Vobis Computer, it’s a Second Android Smartphone

In July we reported on a new player in the Android market called Highscreen. Highscreen is a smartphone brand made by Vobis Computer, and in July released a device called the PP5420 that was virtually a Mobinnova Ice except with Android inside, and was launched in Russia.

Now the same company, Vobis Computer, has announced its next attempt at Android called the Highscreen Zeus, which will be launched in Russia at an unknown time for 13,990 rubles ($483 US). Needless to say, the Zeus has a much nicer ring to the name than PP5420 ever did.

Fortunately we were able to find a pic and some specs on this new device.
