MSI has also announced its Wind U135 netbook, which is the first in the wind model that offers the Intel platform Pine Trail. The MSI Wind U135 comes with a 10-inch screen is equipped with a PineTrail Intel Atom N450 processor, a 250GB hard drive, 1GB DDR2 RAM, and runs Windows 7 Starter – all for only $ 329.99 MSRP.

The MSI Wind U135 also has a 1.3M camera, D-Sub port, 3 USB 2.0, 4 × 1 card reader, WiFi, Bluetooth and WiMax connectivity. With all these goodies, the MSI U135 weighs only 3.1 pounds and features a design printed color film of the box to give a bright spot for the test.

The Intel Atom processor N450 Pinetrail is one that has several enhancements to the latest Intel Atom. As is smaller, with better performance, built-in graphics and reduced energy consumption. The N450 processor is designed for use in notebooks or portable devices.

A series of netbooks manufacturers have begun deploying Pinetrail N450-powered netbooks, and Fujitsu is the latest, after they announced their netbook MH380, one is built with Intel N450 processor Pinetrail.

Nexus One and now they’re working on a Google-branded netbook

Google has its own brand of phone, the nexus between one and are now working on a Google-branded netbook, and of course that will run the operating system from Google Chrome. Google has been working with several manufacturers to produce netbooks Chrome OS. But it will be only one manufacturer that Google is working closely with to produce a netbook really brand Google.

The Google-branded netbook will not be in the race for release. You will probably have to wait until Q4 or just before Christmas in 2010. Well, a Google-Chrome based netbook is wholly focused on the Web. I tried the USB version of the operating system of Google Chrome on my Dell Inspiron Mini. It is simply too “Web-centric”, features a Google browser Chrome-like interface for easy access to several online Google applications like Gmail, Picasa, Google Docs, etc.

Consumers love netbooks as they come cheaper in price

Consumers love the netbooks as they come in the cheapest price, very portable and can be carried around and lets you access the Internet anywhere you go. But for sellers of computers, notebooks have brought much lower profits compared to what desktops and laptops could do for them.

However netbooks were the only PC segment bright enjoy this year. For Microsoft and Intel, netbooks have been a necessary evil, Microsoft managed to fend off a threat from Linux by reducing prices of its operating system and further promote their brand the aging Windows XP.
