ioSafe SOLO SSD emphasizes a lot on its protection to your data
ioSafe SSD ONLY much emphasis on their protection to your data. It is a SSD aimed at protecting their data in the worst case scenarios, such as house fires or floods. The unit is actually located in a military-grade steel case, called ArmorPlate, which protects data against fire, shock, water and even the collapse of two-story building or 5,000 pounds of crushing, etc.
At CES, SSD ioSafe had passed only some evidence of serious abuse. He was hit by a tractor of 35,000 pounds and burned with fire. And, surprisingly, survived all these tests and the unit of the copied photos to correctly read it before testing.
The technical specifications of the SSD only states that can withstand 5,000 pounds of crushing force, a drop of 20 feet to the fire of 1550 degrees F for 30 minutes and 30 meter fixed on the water for several days. The evidence at CES seem very close to what the manufacturer says.
The ioSafe SSD alone ranges from $ 499 for the 64 GB to $ 1,250 for the 256GB model. If you want data to survive much longer than you on earth, you should get an SSD ONLY to the house of your data. Watch the clip below how it tasted.
