Wearable robot which is great for the elderly and those who are injured or disabled
Here comes a wearable robot that is ideal for the elderly and those who are injured or disabled, which allows a person to represent the mobile disabled / elderly in certain events or even shopping at the mall. The robot is essentially the Wearable telepresence people with disabilities or the elderly, your camera has a used by the mobile robot to capture and send live video wirelessly back to the disabled or elderly in the distance.
A person sitting in a stationary place is capable of controlling the movement of the robotic camera wirelessly (via Internet) and see the landscape of what the friend sees. The robot also dress can be used to instruct students remotely through some tasks or complex processes, where the instructor can remotely tell students what to do in a more easily viewable.
Wearable Robot is currently in prototype phase, developed by researchers in the Telerobotics Laboratory Tsumaki Japan Yamagata University. Must have great many applications when it becomes available in the market.
