Mattel has developed a product called Tweets Puppy, a dog collar connected device that can take their dogs and translate their daily activities and bark in tweets on Twitter. The small device records your dog’s daily activities, resulting in pre-recorded tweets. And it has a USB port that can connect to the USB port of your computer to send the tweets to the Twitter account of your dog (Of course, you have to create a Twitter account in the name of your first dog).

The Tweets Puppy uses sounds and movements to create pre-programmed tweets.
