Freescale has its own Tablet Smartbook ready to show at CES. The tablet is powered by a Freescale SoC (System on Chip), which consists of a 1GHz processor and ARM Cortex A8 core and 6 other co-processors, which are FPU, DSP, image processing, video decoder HD, 2D and 3D graphics processing.
The tablet of Freescale offers two types of touch screens, resistance and capacity, the latter costs $ 30 more in the making and each has a 1024 × 600. The tablet also comes packed with Freescale N WiFi, 3G, GPS and connectivity.
The tablet of Freescale is estimated to cost between $ 130 and $ 200 and probably will cost $ 199 to $ 249 depending on configuration. The tablets also come with impressive long battery life, claiming to be able to run for 12 hours with WiFi and 80% brightness on the screen. Android also will be a choice of operating systems in the tablet Freescale.
Freescale also offers a keyboard that allows you to attach docking the tablet, so you may have to work more like a normal laptop or netbook for more efficient entry.
