
HitFix, one at a march based companies, announced the availability of Find Your Fix – a new application for the iPhone itself as “a personal, customizable calendar of entertainment events locally and nationally.” Find Your Fix lets you discover more than 100,000 new local and national (USA) events, including the latest movie, album, DVD, Blu-ray and communiques from the games. The application is based on a search location based on the timing of events and also includes TV shows, sports, concerts and other local events.
HitFix’s Find Your Fix iPhone App features: keyword-based search, event reminders, links to buy tickets for various events, or to purchase music, games and movies, concerts and events, maps, high quality videos (movie trailers clips, music and celebrity interviews, mail and email links for action; the ability to send directly to the news and events via Twitter and Facebook.
Find your dose is free and can be found in the App Store. Another new application for iPhone launched today is the Great Race, which should “help people find jobs and career fulfillment in these difficult economic times.” Developed by Franklin Covey and patterns of signals, the iPhone implementation Great Race is a companion to the “Great Work, Great Training Book,” written by Stephen Covey and Jennifer Colosimo, but can also be used independently.
Great race for the iPhone provides a deep content, and specific career building exercises and other resources. It costs $ 9.99 and you can find it in the App Store.
