New AutoID PDAs come with a 3.5-inch VGA display
BlueBird has launched our new PDA, AutoID who now runs Google’s Android operating system instead of Windows Mobile 6, that their older models used to run. The new PDA AutoID come with a 3.5-inch VGA, 3 megapixel camera with autofocus, HSDPA connectivity and Wi-Fi.
The PDA also sports AutoID A-GPS, an RFID reader and a barcode scanner. These devices have been ruggedized BlueBird making them able to handle a fall of 1.8 m high, without any injury to his spine. It is also equipped with a 4400 mAh battery, which should make the distance long enough to execute. No word on price or availability.
