Nova is a DSLR camera concept that was designed like a boomerang-alike
Nova is a concept of the digital SLR camera that was designed as a boomerang-both by Erin Fong, a student at California College of the Arts. The dual-arm design provides better grip and control of digital SLRs. And all the control buttons are right at the fingertips of the user.
Another advantage of this design is the two arms can be rotated, so it is easy to be used by both right and left handed. It also allows many shooting positions and the two arms can be combined for use of the hand, like cell phone photography style.
The design is, of course, for better control, but may have some shortcomings, while coming to a tripod mount for the Nova. And holding the camera steady for long exposures also seem to impose some problems. Would be more appropriate for point and shoot for snapshots rather than digital SLRs.

Pentax has made an official of retro-future point and shoot camera, Optio I-10, which comes with a gyroscope based image stabilizer. This camera has a Pantex new 12.1 megapixel CCD sensor, ISO sensitivity up to 6400, 5x optical zoom, a 2.7 inch screen CD, face + detection pets and integrated memory to 26.7MB is expandable through SD / SDHC Memory Cards.
Still others can also record video at 720p (1280 × 720) in HD quality. It measures 100.5 × 65.0 × 28.0 mm, weighs 153g, available in black and white and priced around 26,000 yen or $ 289, and expected to hit store in late February 2010.
